1603 is a generic MSI installer error can you try to install it manually?

Well manual installation worked. I however used exe installer as I could not find msi installer.

This is my bad actually, I was going to update it to v6.2.2983 but couldn't find the MSI installer for it too so I didn't update it but I forgot that I changed the version number already! Now it's back to 6.2.2982 again, I apologize again.
We will soon change it from MSI to EXE since it looks like they don't offer MSI installers anymore!
