Title: Reporting the incorrect version of Opera

As seen here:

I have Opera 62.0.3331.43, yet under the detected "apps", it keeps flagging that Opera Stable 60.0.3255.70 is out of date, and offers the same version as an update.

It seems the only way to get rid of that is to uninstall Opera 62...

Why?

This means there an old version listed in add and remove programs and opera's updater didn't update the entry.
