Title: How to prevent PatchMyPC from removing Notepad++'s desktop icon?

Every time PatchMyPC updates Notepad++, it removes its shortcut from the desktop, and I have to manually recreate it.

Is there a way I can stop PatchMyPC from doing that?

I like having a desktop shortcut so that I can quickly open Notepad++ without having to open a specific file through the context menu.

disable the delete shortcut option in the options menu.

It is already disabled.  It still deletes the Notepad++ desktop shortcut anyway.

It just did it again today after installing the newest version of Notepad++, even after I made sure that option was disabled.
