With the changes to Java licensing we're looking at switching to OpenJDK. Any chance on getting that added to your catalog?

It looks like this is just a ZIP of binaries and not actual installer?
Yeah looks like instruction is to just copy to a location and put the path in %PATH%...
Yeah, this probably wouldn't be compatible since there is no actual installer, unfortunately.
Hi Justin,
Could we re-evaluate this request, it seems MSI are available now

Regards,
Yeah, we saw this yesterday. We will pick this back up soon.
Are there any updates on the PatchMyPC integration with AdoptOpenJDK? We use PatchMyPC right now. This is a project I am working on and would like to know what time frame I should prepare for.
We are going to start looking into this in the next few weeks since an MSI is now available.
I would be interested in seeing this added as well.
Now that Oracle's Java implementation is no longer free, this appears to be the official owner of the Open JDK.
Thanks for taking a look.
We are working on this product now. I expect it will be ready in less than a week.
That is EXCELLENT news.
This product has been added in today's catalog update :)
