update /setup filename downloaded for Dropbox client, is named "Backup & Sync.....exe" in the Cache directory !!

Yes we are sorry about that, it will fixed in the next release of Patch My PC :)

This was fixed in the last release of Patch My PC v4.1.0.0 :)

Seems still not fixed yet in 4.1.0.1 :-\
(IT Pro Caching Mode is enabled)

Backup and Sync download is ok.
Dropbox is downloaded, but not renamed correctly:

Dropbox is renamed to "Backup And Sync 3.42.9747.1898.exe" - file is the correct setup file for dropbox, but file name is incorrect
Backup and Sync is renamed to "BackupAndSyncSetup_3.42.9747.1898.msi" - ok and working
