Title: Another Microsoft .NET Framework 4.7.2 problem

I have Win10 and just downloaded and ran Patch My PC, it updated 23 apps just fine, but on the .NET Framework it gave an "Install Complete Exit Code 3010" and left the title in red.  What is this mean?

It means it needs a restart, when you restart you PC it will be green.
We are going to improve these exit codes in the next release of Patch My PC :)
