Title: WinSCP, Putty and SUMo Portable Support

These (WinSCP, Putty and SUMo) are all currently supported as installations but could you please also add portable support for them.

Thanks for the request. We will put these in the vote for apps poll, but will likely add them since they are pretty widely used.
