Has anyone got any ideas why this happens when trying to run the application?

I have set the program up in a task scheduler to run 15 min after log in with switches /s and /update

Are you using a admin account to run the task? It looks like it doesn't have access to write to the PMPC log on the c:\ drive.

Yes I have admin on the account.
