Title: scheduale creation bug

when creating a schedule and setting time to run at 12 am aka midnight pmpc will automatically change to 12pm noon and monitoring pmpc will show it will run at noon not midnight simply put pmpc will not let you schedule for midnight when you select it and save it will automatically change to noon and save that it will however let you scheduale for 11 pm and 1 am it has been doing this for the last couple of releases

This should be fixed in v4.0

Sorry about this. Looks like we missed this. I just checked in a fix and it will be in the next update.
