MailStore Home lets you archive your private email from almost any email source and search through them extremely quickly. You will never lose emails again.

I like this way of thinking is very high.

We can't add it because it doesn't have a silent switch.

I have tried all the major email backup applications on Windows and few on Mac. Here is my review:


1. MailStoreHome

Pros:
Free
good UI
supports a good number of Email clients and EMail providers.
Can export in PST and Thunderbird

2. KLS
Pros:
Zips the files, compresses the storage
restores correctly

Cons:
too Expensive
bad UI
can't export to PSt or MBOX

3. Mail Backup X on Windows
Pros:
compresses mails by 3 times
Automatic and Scheduled backup{MailStore and KLS offer manual only}
can export archives in PST, MBOX and few other mail formats
Supports mail files from Mac

Cons:
Its not free.

I ended up buying the last one.
