Title: Forum & log links in the About tab

Version 3.2.0.1

Two issues in the About tab:

1. The Forum link doesn't work on multiple PCs (Windows 7 x64 and Windows 10 1703 x64 - Chrome is default browser) no error messages are displayed, nothing happens.

2. The link to view the log file doesn't seem to work if the current Windows user name includes a space. For example, if the username is "The Joneses", WordPad would open with an error message that it couldn't open C:\Users\The

Can you see if this is fixed by enabling the beta channel and restarting patchmypc?
