We would like the ability to be able to leave a particular version of Java 8 on our fleet while keeping the latest version up-to-date.

Is it possible to be able to specify a product code at the commandline to ignore when uninstalling previous versions?

Hey Troy,

No, we don't support leaving only a specific version of Java 8 in our wrapper script installer. You can skip all version 8 uninstalls.
