I have a programmes that Patch My PC is telling me is an incorrect version which needs updating when, in fact, the programme is already at the updated version. It is:

SUPERAntiSpyware - 6.0.1236

SUPERAntiSpyware as 6.0.1240 in the left hand list and the programme itself says 6.0.1240. I have attached a snip of the SUPERAntiSpyware screen for reference.

Please check if you have an old SUPERAntiSpyware version that did not uninstall properly from the uninstaller tab, or maybe some leftover registry of v6.0.1236
