Title: Java Updates do not skip

I found that since the last 3 version when you choose to skip Java it still installs it. I'm hoping this gets fixed, or if you can provide some guidance it would be appreciated.

Hi Bill,

Yes, This is an issue that will be resolved in version 2.1.1.3. I should be releasing this version this evening.
