Title: Wireshark 1.12.8 -- "404" error

When publishing the Wireshark 1.12.8 updates (x86 and x64), it comes back with an error.  The SCUP.log file states the following:  "Download file: https://1.eu.dl.wireshark.org/win64/Wireshark-win64-1.12.8.exe failed with message "The remote server returned an error: (404) Not Found."" 

When going to that URL with my web browser, I get a 404 error from Wireshark's site as well.

NOTE:  The Wireshark 2.0.2 updates are downloading just fine.

It looks like WireShark removed the mirrors for this version since it's so old we will look into this.
