Title: IrfanView 4.40 fails to download

On my Windows 10 Pro desktop, Patch My PC version 3.0.3.2 fails to download IrfanView 4.40, resulting in a 0 MB file. It seems to have updated fine on my Windows 10 Home laptop, however.
