Title: remember window size and position

windows 10, PMPC doesn't remember window size and last position... 3rd party window managers are troublesome at best, and shell extensions only size folder windows and not applications.

resizing PMPC to see see full update or options list is unproductive, maximizing window each time is not ideal either.

can some consideration be given to retaining window size and position upon program close (BTW, shift + close that used to work in win 7 no longer does in Win 10).

Yes, it would be nice if the window size was retained!


In fact, I think PMP is the only program I have ever used, which does not do this!

Patch My PC now remembers last size the position in v4.0 :)
