Thanks for getting back.

I see now from the Revo homepage that the free version is 2.5.8 and that is what the patch program is showing. That makes sense.
On their home program the Pro version is at 5.4.0 so I am up to date.

I will check out the video and get back.

Might also be helpful to check the logs in Event Viewer for clues.

Likely a display adapter driver conflict.

Thanks for the report. This is likely something odd with the installer for one of the apps being updated. We haven't seen anything like this before, so it's not expected behavior. A restart usually clears it up, as you saw, but if it happens again, feel free to share which apps were being updated and we'll take a closer look.

We just ran some test, only the free version of Revo Uninstall should detect. In the screenshot below, you can see that the pro version hasn't been detected.

Revo 2.5.8 is the current "free" version.

Revo Pro is currently at 5.4.0.0
