PowerToys downloads but doesn't install

PowerToys (x64) updates show on PMPC and the updates download but never installs; PMPC doesn't change colors or versions showing. I always have to do it manually through the program itself. In addition, just now I updated it to 0.97.0, but your system re-prompted me as still having the previous version.
