Veeam Standalone Agent auto-update breaks managed agents.

The home updater upgrades the 12.3 client agent to 13.0, this is fine for un-managed agents.

It breaks backups on managed agents (Veeam has a community edition that is good for 10 machines).


If the detection script were to check this registry key (if it's not null, it's managed)

```

Managed agents MUST be updated from the Veeam server managing them, to ensure they stay at a compatible version.
