SSL Connection could not be established error

I installed PMPC HU on a brand new Dell 16" Win11 laptop. I uninstalled McAfee AV trial version, installed Dell & Microsoft Updates. After restarting the PC, I installed PMPC HU and am getting the attached error message. Diagnostic zip file is attached. I have uninstalled and re-installed PMPC HU a few times, also restarted my modem and router. Not having issues going to any other website. Version 5.3.0.0. and I am unable to check for updates from within the app.

Message. The SSL connection could not be established, see inner exception.
Unable to read data from the transport connection: An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host.
