when I start the program is shows multiple programs as outdated.

I click on the button to start the update process but no apps are updated.

For each program entry I see the status text quickly go to  updating, then downloading and back to outdated.
No updates are installed.

I have tried to uninstall and reinstall the program twice but this does not seem to help.

I have attached a log file.

Hi @gserviss,

Thanks for the report.

Quick question, was the ZIP file you attached created using the "Collect Diagnostics" feature from the app? It is a bit odd because there does not appear to be a log file included in the archive

Could you also try updating to the latest preview build 5.3.0.0 and see if the issue still occurs? You can download it here

https://homeupdater.patchmypc.com/public/beta/PatchMyPC-HomeUpdater-Preview.msi

Let us know how it goes.

Yes, I created that zip by clicking on the button in the About page in the app.

I will try you suggestion to update to the later version.

I tried creating a new zip and have attached it to this message.

Justin,

I used Revo to uninstall the application and cleaned up all the registry keys and files.

I installed version 5.3.0.0 as you suggested.

I do not see any change in the behavior of the program.

I created a zip using 5.3.0.0 and have attached it.

Hello @gserviss,

Could you please try resetting the app settings to default and then try the update again?
You can do this on the Settings page and by using the "Reset All Settings" button.
