Updating or new install hanging

I have noticed during updating installed programs and installing new programs that occasionally the process hangs trying to install a program.  So far it appears to be Sumatra PDF, Hiren's CD, and now GDrive.  I have had a new install on Win11 24H2 up to date, trying to install around 35 programs.  It is still sitting on GDrive installing.  When in the past I had Hiren's CD and Sumatra PDF hand, I killed PatchMyPC, and the hung program appears fully installed.  Then I had to start PatchMyPC back up and figure out all the programs that didn't install.

Perhaps there is some message not showing regarding the program that has it hanging.
