PatchMyPC not Automatically Updating Apps

PatchMyPC is set to automatically update apps at 05:00 AM once every day.  It is also set to run whether on not logged in and to run ASAP when missed.

However, I noticed that it wasn't automatically updating apps.  If I manually clicked the button to update apps, it worked as expected.

Below is the error log where is failed to automatically install LibreOffice today.
